Helen from Melbourne, AustraliaNice shot! Gorgeous bird. Have you thought about playing around with cropping? I find the top part of the shot a little distracting. 26 Oct 2006 7:19am @Helen: Thanks Helen, the top also disturbed me and tried to crop but the perpective/angle was lost and the bird looked awkward. The jungle is very dense & dark in Mexico and I am afraid could not do better. I just have to go back ;) Jenny from Manchester, United KingdomWhat a lovely bird, I think it looks better uncropped, because as you said it loses the perspective. 26 Oct 2006 11:47pm seventhray from United StatesCool shot!!! I can understand you wanting to take a little off the top but to me it's fine. Some times when I run into a cropping problem I use a frame instead. It can cover some unwanted background and it can give the picture an extra nice touch. I use Paint Shop Pro 8 for that. Great shot though! I love the colors!! 27 Oct 2006 1:59pm |
