Nice shot! Gorgeous bird. Have you thought about playing around with cropping? I find the top part of the shot a little distracting.

@Helen: Thanks Helen, the top also disturbed me and tried to crop but the perpective/angle was lost and the bird looked awkward. The jungle is very dense & dark in Mexico and I am afraid could not do better. I just have to go back ;)

What a lovely bird, I think it looks better uncropped, because as you said it loses the perspective.

Cool shot!!! I can understand you wanting to take a little off the top but to me it's fine. Some times when I run into a cropping problem I use a frame instead. It can cover some unwanted background and it can give the picture an extra nice touch. I use Paint Shop Pro 8 for that. Great shot though! I love the colors!!
