white-purple dahliaPosted by ManuelaR (Hainburg (Frankfurt/Main), Germany) on 13 November 2006 in Plant & Nature and Portfolio. One day late October, we decided my husband, Frank and I, to take our cameras and walk around our town, along the river Main. As I suspected, he once again took the Canon 350D and I had no choice but to take the little Olympus. Along our path, this perfect dahlia smiled at me, the colours were stunning, was not sure it would come out as the weather turned dark & cloudy. Hainburg - Germany Thanks for your valuable tips and/or constructive input!!

However, maybe filling the frame with just the flower would yield another good effect. 13 Nov 2006 5:23pm Shuva Brata Deb from Hyderabad, IndiaThis is your best post so far, Manuela.
