Cute picture. What is it made out of? Glass? Paper? It almost looks like it has a light source behind it. Hope you had a very merry Christmas!

@liaso: This was in my mother-in law`s house, she made it some odd years back. It is paper and like a lantern it is backlit. Thanks for your interest and for taking the time to stop by ;)
