@Shuva Brata Deb: Sorry to disappoint you Shuva, no crocodiles... in winter there isn't much going on here compared to the other seasons. It won't be long and life will return. It is a protected fauna and flora area and a sanctuary for birds ;) Thanks for the visit!

@vu@granby - Wolfgang Prigge: Yes, you are right! Many still do it but it is not allowed.
Some 15 years back they had a beach and one could go for a swim, but as always many people left the place trashed and a few accidents/deaths happened because people were jumping from the bridge. Since this used to be a stone pit and the lake is from underground water, many underestimated the water levels and when diving hit the rocks. It's a beautiful place with numerous birds such as hawks and storks.
