Makes me think of an opera décor. Contains also North-African elements (the small rounded tops of the windows, sustained by pillars) which I now see on a picture of the castle for the first time. The enhance the fairytale character of the building. Thanks for sharing this unique picture!

Illuci is right, it looks like an opera décor. Maybe the architect was a designer of opéra decor? Nice photo, Manuela!
