6. Neuschwanstein castle (end)Posted by ManuelaR (Hainburg (Frankfurt/Main), Germany) on 17 May 2008 in Lifestyle & Culture and Portfolio. Maria's bridge view from the castle - Summer 2007 Well, people I am so sorry to disappoint you all... but I wasn't brave enough to go over that bridge. To be honest to go through was not my immediate worry but to get stuck in the middle. Look at all these people just standing there and crowding the bridge. No photograph is worth my life... sorry again! This is all I could manage :) "The nearby Marienbrücke (Mary's Bridge) over Pöllat Gorge, named after Marie of Prussia, provides a view of one of Neuschwanstein's façades." source: wikipedia Thank you all for your support and comments on this take. Still will be glad to see any photos "from the other side" if anyone ever gets over that bridge one day :) Thanks for your valuable tips and/or constructive input!!
