Lentement mais sûrement... principe même de la récupération... beaucoup de patience... et de volonté...
Sans être opéré, j'ai eu une inflammation de l'épaule (capsulite)... la position devant l'ordi n'arrangeant rien... 10 séances de kiné, et environ un an pour ne plus avoir mal, et retrouver le mouvement ...

@Francesc B.: Heureuse de te relire Francesc! Je ne peux pas me plaindre car la douleur horrible que j'avais avant est partie, il me reste seulement les courbatures après les séances kiné mais c'est quand même le paradis. Il y a 8 ans j'ai eu une tendinite à l'épaule gauche, résultat 6 mois de kiné. Tu sais j'ai fait trop de déménagements, porter des cartons plein de Calvin Klein parfums, l'ordinateur lors de mes voyages, etc, etc. Mais maintenant "Manu la superwoman" c'est fini, pas envie de remettre tout ca. Bisous - Manu :)

Moi c'est le dos en compote du temps où j'étais paysagiste... j'en paie un lourd tribut... et notre "carcasse" n'a plus 20 ans...
